Day : 1 Arrive Cochin - Cochin Tour
Arrival at the Cochin and transferred to your hotel. Later this afternoon,
you will explore Cochin and visit fascinating sights like the harbour
port town in, the Chinese fishing nets, the St. Francis Church, Mattencherry
Palace – built by the Portuguese for the Raja of Kochi. Handicraft
shops of Jew town and complete the tour at the Jewish Synagogue, the oldest
living Synagogue in the world. Enjoy evening with Kathakali dance Performance,
the special classical dance form of Kerala.
Day : 2 Cochin - Munnar
Munnar, a popular getaway moves back during the British period. Surrounded
by lush green tea estates and located at the meeting of three mountain
watercourses, this picturesque hill station boasts of exotic flora and
fauna. Welcome on Arrival at Munnar hotel.
Day: 3 Munnar
Visit the old Christ Church with its original fourteen rows of wooden
pews in Munnar. You will also visit Mattupetty Lake, which is side by
steep hills and woods and has been created by the small hydro-electricity
dam there. Visit Rajamalai, the natural habitat of the Nilgiri Tahr- watch
a rare mountain goat. The afternoon is at leisure to attract the beauty
and calmness of this hill station.
Day: 4 on to Thekkady
A morning drive for the heart of the spice hills in Thekkady. At the afternoon
walk through the bustling spice market of Kumily village in Thekkady or
take a boat cruise on Lake Periyar which is the best way to locate wildlife
in Periyar Sanctuary.
Day : 5 On To Kumarkom
Drive to backwaters of Kerala in Kumarakon, on arrival check into your
houseboat. Explore the beautiful and amazing backwaters of Kerala during
your stay on the Houseboat.
Day : 6 Kumarkom
Full day at resort to enjoy the beautiful resort at Kumarakom
Day : 7 kumarakom to Cochin
Drive from kumarakom to cochin.
